How to Buy Tokens on a New Chain, Day One: the Repeatable Method
Last verified: September 16, 2026 (Arc map added). This page is maintained as a living method: when a new chain launches with a trading scene, its section appears at the top with dated specifics. Referral links marked below.
Chain maps, one page per chain, every tool checked: Robinhood Chain (verified in-app) · Ink (September 14, 2026: Pump.fun just arrived) · Arc (mainnet live September 16, 2026, day-one map).
Every few months a new chain launches, a memecoin scene erupts on it within days, and the traders who were set up early get the entries everyone else reads about.
The setup is the same every time. Learn it once on this page, and when the next chain arrives you will only need the specifics: which bot listed it first, which bridge is official, what the gas token is.
The method, chain-agnostic
Step 1: find the bot that already supports it
You cannot trade a chain your tools ignore, so day one is a tooling question before it is a trading question.
Two Telegram bots have a record of listing new chains fastest:
- BasedBot: 19 networks counted live in the bot, re-verified August 19, 2026, ahead of its own docs. In our direct experience it has supported new chains before the docs mentioned them.
- Maestro: 14 networks counted in the bot on August 27, 2026, two more than its docs list, including Monad, Robinhood Chain, Arc and Stable.
Banana Gun follows on chains with serious volume, as it did with MegaETH, Stable and Arc. The chain drawing the most attention right now has its own page: trading on Robinhood Chain, tool by tool, verified in-app.
The practical test beats any list: open the bot, switch chains, paste a contract address. If it parses, you are in business.
Step 2: fund through the official bridge only
New chains mean new bridges, and new bridges mean fake bridge sites within hours of launch. Find the bridge from the chain's official documentation (not from search results, which scammers buy ads on), move the gas token across, and fund the bot wallet with your trading float only. The custody rule applies double on infrastructure that is days old.
Step 3: contracts from primary sources only
There is no DEX Screener trust layer on day one. Token contract addresses come from the token project's official channels, verified by cross-checking more than one.
Everything else, including addresses "helpfully" posted in new-chain Telegram groups, is a coin flip weighted against you.
Step 4: trade like the infrastructure is beta, because it is
Expect failed transactions, laggy RPCs, and thin liquidity where a $500 buy moves the price. Small sizes, wider slippage than usual, profits skimmed to a wallet you control the same day.
Being early is the edge; being early and greedy is how day-one profits become day-three losses.
Ink, the one heating up right now (noted August 22, 2026): Ink is Kraken's Ethereum Layer 2, live since late 2024 on the OP Stack, meaning it is fully EVM: your usual 0x wallet works, and trading it feels exactly like trading Base.
The heat is not the chain. It is the INK token: the Foundation has confirmed a token with an airdrop for early users of its Aave-powered protocol, distributed partly through Kraken Drops, in a window it only describes as late summer 2026, with no date and no tokenomics published yet.
Tooling: BasedBot already lists Ink among its 19 chains verified in-app Aug 19, which is the speed advantage of bots in one example: the tooling was there before the hype.
We did the trip ourselves on August 24, 2026: bridged from Robinhood Chain to Ink inside BasedBot (the in-app bridge showed a 0% fee; 0.025 ETH sent, 0.024967 arrived) and bought a token on Ink one minute later, without leaving Telegram; the timestamped proof is in the BasedBot review.
One warning worth more than any alpha: the moment a date drops, fake "claim INK" sites will flood search ads and DMs. Eligibility will only ever be checked through Kraken and Ink's official channels, typed by hand.
Chain playbooks, dated
The method above, applied to chains that launched recently enough that "how to buy tokens on it" is still a live question. Each section states what we verified and when.
How to buy tokens on Arc
Circle's chain, USDC as gas, mainnet live on September 16, 2026. Official settings (chain ID 5042, rpc.mainnet.arc.io), which bots trade it on day one, the bridge rule and the token status, all dated: Arc day-one tool map.
How to buy tokens on Ink
Kraken's Layer 2. Until September 14, 2026 it was mostly a perpetuals chain; that day Pump.fun announced Ink trading in its app, "with USDC, no bridging required". BasedBot lists Ink in its docs and selector. Full tool table, chain figures and the INK token status, all dated: Ink chain tool map.
How to buy tokens on Robinhood Chain
This one has outgrown a playbook entry. Every tool that supports it, tested in-app and dated, is on its own page: trading on Robinhood Chain, tool by tool.
How to buy tokens on Stable
Stable is the stablecoin-native chain. As of August 11, 2026: Banana Gun lists it officially, and BasedBot supports it in practice (we have traded it there directly, even while its docs lagged).
Gas economics differ from ETH-style chains since the ecosystem is built around stablecoin flows; start smaller than feels necessary while you learn the fee behavior.
For everything else about this chain, our sister site Stable Guidebook covers it in depth.
How to buy tokens on MegaETH
The high-throughput ETH scaling chain. As of August 11, 2026: supported by both Banana Gun and BasedBot.
Speed is the chain's selling point, which cuts both ways: fills are fast, and so are rugs. The anti-rug settings in either bot earn their keep here.
How to buy tokens on Monad
The parallel-EVM chain with the loudest 2026 launch. As of August 11, 2026: Maestro and BasedBot both list Monad.
Early liquidity was deep by new-chain standards, but token-list chaos was worse than average: multiple fake versions of every hyped token. Primary-source contracts only.
When the next one launches
This page gets a new section within hours of any new chain developing a tradable scene, with the first-supporting bot verified by an actual trade where possible. The method never changes; only the names do. Bookmark the page rather than the moment.

FAQ
How early is too early?
If the chain has no official bridge yet, you are not early, you are exit liquidity for whoever deployed the unofficial one.
The window this method targets opens when official infrastructure exists and closes when DEX Screener-grade tooling arrives.
Do I need a new wallet per chain?
The bots generate one per chain automatically, which is the right hygiene anyway. Keep the same rule on each: float only.
Which bot is fastest to add new chains?
Over the launches we have tracked through August 2026: BasedBot and Maestro in some order, then Banana Gun where volume justifies it.
The honest answer is to check all three the morning you need them; support can appear overnight.
New tools the week they launch. The settings and fees that quietly cost you money. Alpha I would tell a friend.
